It has taken him 32 years of experience to build one of the biggest catering companies in New York City.  The secret? Eternal curiosity. The eternal desire to improve. Every tiny bit of operation is optimized and planned well in advance. Practice makes perfect? Paul Neuman would disagree. “Perfect practice makes perfect.
