Make your event truly special by choosing a menu with celebrity appeal. Neuman’s Kitchen has partnered with celebrated Chef Floyd Cardoz to bring international flavor to our award-winning cuisine and presentation.

Chef Cardoz will design a menu for you from his repertoire of tastes inspired by his Goan heritage. He is celebrated for his fusion flavors that blend his Indian background with his western sensibility. For an elevated experience, Chef Cardoz can also be present at your event to cook live for your guests.

The Cardoz menus are available for all events from corporate, to bridal and life cycle events all throughout the United States as well as destination weddings.

Chef Cardoz is a celebrity chef who first gained recognition as chef for Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group’s Tabla and North End Grill. He later went on to win Season Three of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters. Chef Cardoz has received the James Beard Award for “Humanitarian of the Year” and in 2011, GQ Magazine named him among the “Top 50 Most Influential Global Indians.” He currently is the chef-owner of NYC’s The Bombay Bread Bar and is the Culinary Director of Mumbai’s Bombay Canteen, which has recently been named India’s top restaurant, 2019 by Condé Nast Traveler.
