Last month, Neuman’s Kitchen catered a Fundraiser for Penn Medicine’s “Philly Fights Cancer” event hosted by Neiman Marcus. 150 philanthropic supporters were in attendance with the events proceeds donated to translational research and clinical trials.
During the event attendees enjoyed cocktails and sumptuous dinner of Pan Seared Halibut with Lime Beurre Blanc, Melted Baby Leeks, Sautéed Seasonal Mushrooms and Pea Risotto. The fashion show was curated by Ken Downing, an icon in the fashion industry, as well as Senior Vice President and Fashion Director of Neiman Marcus and featured supermodel Pat Cleveland.
