I had the pleasure of taping another segment of the Stoler Report with Michael Stoler last week to discuss issues related to multi-generational family businesses. I was honored to exchange ideas with a distinguished group of guests, including:
- Bruce Bozzi Jr., Executive Vice President and fourth generation of his family to run the Palm Restaurant Group,vp of Palm Restaurant Group, owner/operator of 27 palm restaurants around the world, with over 1,500 employees
- Lawrence Benenson, third generation real estate principal at Benenson Capital Partners.
- Richard Mack, CEO, Mack Real Estate Group, the third generation of family in the real estate business and currently in a new business in partnership with his dad and brother.
- Marc Mathios, third generation partner at Ace Apparel, working closely with his two brothers and father.
Michael moderated a lively discussion focused on issues related to succession planning, working with family members and how multi-generational businesses must constantly evolve to remain viable.
The episode will air on CUNY TV the week of April 21st.
