Tomatillo Salsa
The only thing hotter than the summer heat is this farm fresh, green salsa. We specifically like to indulge mid happy hour with a margarita in hand. It’s the perfect alternative to the traditional tomato-based salsa and a great addition to any home party or picnic.
- 6 Tomatillos, cut in quarters
- 1 small white onion, sliced
- 5 cloves of garlic
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 jalapeño, halved
How to execute:
Once prepared, place tomatillos, onion, garlic and jalapeño on the grill and cook until generously charred. Remove from grill and add cilantro, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Blend ingredients until smooth and serve chilled. Enjoy!
