If you missed Edible Manhattan’s Good Beer 2014 Event last Thursday, be sure to mark your calendar for next year. This delicious event wasn’t just good; it was great! Neuman’s Kitchen, one of the leading catering services in New York City, was proud to be a participant for the first time this year, offering Mini Montauk Lobster Rolls with a side of Housemade Potato Chips, which were paired with Allagash Beer from Portland, Maine.
About the Edible Manhattan Good Beer Event
In its sixth year, the Edible Manhattan Good Beer Event matched food from more than 20 New York City restaurants and caterers with craft beers from New York City, the rest of the United States and around the world. The event was held at the 82 Mercer Conference Center in Soho, an eclectic, restored warehouse used for art shows, pop-up events and parties.
Tickets to the Good Beer Event this year were $75 per person and included all beer and food. A discount was offered to “Edible Manhattan” subscribers. This event offers a great opportunity to sample favorite combinations as well as discover new, unexpected beer and food pairings. The 2015 event promises to be even bigger and better.
